General Information

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception being held?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Inn at New Hyde Park.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony. Beverages will be served for all of our guests in the lobby.

How long will the event last?

We will be starting at 12 noon and ending by 6 pm.

Children & Plus-Ones

Can I bring my children?

Sorry! We love kids, but this will be an adult-only wedding.

Can I bring a date or plus-one?

No, unless otherwise stated on your invitation.

Can I switch my plus-one after RSVP-ing?

Yes, but please re-submit your RSVP prior to the deadline.

Gifts & Registry

Is there a wishing well or honeymoon fund?

Yes, you’ll see options for either wedding or honeymoon funds on our Registry page.

Where should I send a gift if I don’t bring it to the wedding?

Reach out to either of us and we’ll figure it out!

RSVP & Attendance

How do I RSVP?

You’ll see a button on the top right of the website.

What if I RSVP’d "yes" but can no longer attend?

If you unfortunately cannot make it, please let us know as soon as you find out.

What if I didn’t RSVP in time—can I still come?

Our venue will not allow for last minute changes, so please RSVP on time.

Photography & Social Media

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you kindly wait until we are midway down the aisle for the sake of our photographers.

Is there a wedding hashtag?

Please use our hashtag! #cherrypickeddavid

Can I take pictures with the couple?

There will be plenty of time during the reception for guests to take photos with us.

Miscellaneous

Is there parking available at the venue?

Our venue provides valet services. But there is also free residential street parking right by the venue as well as nearby street parking.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

Unfortunately, we ask that your furry friends stay home for this one :(

Is there a place to store my coat or bag?

Coat and bag checking services will be provided by the venue.
